_{‘ In her project “Sudden
Extreme Intimacy” she refers to the digital
landscape that changed dramatically in
2020 (primarily due to the spread of the
Covid-19 virus) and transformed how
we work and communicate, and to the
role of modern technology (messengers,
algorithms, digital platforms) in the
Belarusian protests. Daria creates 3D
spaces and environments that capture this
digital sudden extreme intimacy through
a series of video calls where the speakers’
interfaces are blended to an uncomfortably
close level. ’}
